Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with key account executives and handle documentation.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding any issues or concerns.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to provide timely solutions.
  • Regularly check daily MIS reports to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Liaise with corporate accounts, warehouse, and customs teams to resolve complex issues.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using software applications and CRM systems.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CCE, sales management, and customer support principles.
  • Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
  • Industry: ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service.
