Job Role: Customer Support Executive Airline Process

CTC:

In-Hand Salary:

Freshers

CTC:

In-Hand Salary:

Shift Timings

Male Candidates:
Rotational Shifts (Starting from 7:00 AM, 24x7 coverage)
Female Candidates:
Day Shifts (Any 9 hours between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

Weekly Off:

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service
Must clear the Versant Test with a minimum score of 4

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, chats, and emails
Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight bookings, schedules, and airline policies
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex queries when necessary
Assist with back-office tasks such as documentation and follow-ups
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
