Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) and provide high-quality support to international customers across voice and email channels. If you're customer-focused, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator, this role could be a great fit for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through phone and email with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve issues accurately and on time while meeting service targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders on complex issues
  • Record customer interactions in CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Follow data security, privacy, and compliance guidelines
  • Share feedback to help improve customer support processes
  • Maintain strong performance across key metrics like CSAT, AHT, and FCR


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6months to 2 years of experience in international BPOs or global support centers.
  • Strong communication skills – both written (email) and verbal (voice), with a neutral accent.
  • Proficiency in handling customer support tools and platforms (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with global etiquette, cultural sensitivity, and virtual collaboration norms.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
  • Time management and multi-tasking capability in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience supporting US/UK/Australia-based clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks like GDPR, PCI-DSS (depending on the industry).
  • Exposure to omnichannel or multi-lingual support is a plus.
