About This Role

Customer Success Specialist

You’ll help customers solve complex challenges, deliver tailored onboarding and training, provide strategic recommendations, and turn them into long-term advocates of the platform.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own customer onboarding and help them achieve fast time-to-value
  • Act as a trusted advisor for growth and marketing teams in mid-market and SMB segments
  • Guide customers in using GEO and SEO tools to improve brand visibility on AI search engines
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and Q&A sessions to ensure success and retention
  • Collect and surface customer feedback to product and marketing teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve the experience
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Help develop best practices, training materials, and knowledge base content


You’d Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Have worked closely with marketing and growth teams (bonus if focused on MarTech, SEO, or content marketing tools)
  • Are a problem-solver, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, remote startup environment
  • Are structured and proactive in ensuring customers achieve outcomes
  • Enjoy learning about cutting-edge AI technologies and explaining complex concepts in simple terms


Bonus Points

  • Experience in SaaS companies like HubSpot, Semrush, Clearscope, Jasper, or similar
  • Familiarity with AI-powered or PLG-driven products
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or Gong
  • Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, etc.)
