What You Will Own & Drive?
Build long term relationships with customers, acting as their strategic advisor and voice within the company
Drive onboarding, training, product adoption and continued value delivery
Identify and execute on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Solve customer queries effectively while collaborating with TAM's and support teams for resolutions
Proactively mitigate churn risk, monitor usage trends and improve account health metrics
Champion customer feedback and contribute to roadmap discussions
Execute business reviews, share best practices, and build scalable success plans
Consistently aim for revenue retention, growth and customer satisfaction KPIs
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer facing roles, preferably in SaaS
Experience handling US accounts and a proven track record in revenue retention and growth
Exposure to account segmentation strategies, revenue analysis, and leading business reviews
Align with TAM's, Product & Support to drive customer centric initiatives
Strong communication skills: you simplify the complex and build trust with ease
Proactive ownership mindset: you are not just task-oriented, you think long-term and in outcomes
Bonus if You Have:
Experience with B2B Mobility, Device Management, and/or IT SaaS tools
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, or similar CRM and ticketing platforms
