Customer Success Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Success Specialist to ensure our clients and participants have a smooth, satisfying experience with our brand. You’ll be the go-to person for onboarding, support, follow-ups, and retention — playing a key role in building loyalty and long-term engagement.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys helping others, has great communication skills, and is passionate about customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and onboard new clients, participants, or customers
• Guide them through the product/service/event process (registrations, access, next steps)
• Resolve queries and issues efficiently via phone, chat, or email
• Monitor customer activity and engagement post-sale or post-event
• Collect feedback and work with internal teams to improve experiences
• Maintain customer records, conversations, and status updates in CRM or database
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client success, or account management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Familiarity with tools like CRM software, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Docs
• A positive, solution-focused attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in events, SaaS, e-commerce, or service-based companies
• Fluency in multiple languages (regional or international)
• Comfortable with remote customer support (phone, chat, email)

Pay: ₹18,334.19 - ₹40,544.40 per month
