Position: Female Event Coordinator

Experience: 1–5 years in event coordination preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute event activities from start to finish
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee event setup, on-site management, and breakdown
• Coordinate guest registrations, hospitality, and VIP handling
• Ensure event branding and presentation meet Beast Drive’s standards
• Prepare event timelines and manage schedules effectively
• Handle on-the-day problem-solving and last-minute changes

Requirements:

• Female candidate, aged [insert preferred range if any]
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in events, hospitality, or PR (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
• Presentable, confident, and able to represent the brand professionally
