Customer Success Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Specialist to manage client communications and support business operations for one of our clients. The role involves processing Identity Verification requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communications for verification services and ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Handle email queues, confirm new requests, and respond to ad-hoc client queries.
• Conduct verification checks, review results, and ensure data accuracy before delivery.
• Follow standard processes, communication guidelines, and escalation protocols.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet client deadlines.
• Gather feedback from clients and escalate issues to improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Customer Support.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Onsite role in Mumbai – local candidates will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year
