Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager, located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Tasks include analyzing customer feedback, developing strategies for customer success, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.


We at Vrinsoft are looking for a Customer Success Manager. Ideal candidate will play a major role in Operational and Technical support to assigned portfolio of clients and support them at every single stage and focus on building long-lasting professional relationships
