Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager, based on-site in Ahmedabad. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting customer retention. Daily tasks include building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and using analytical skills to understand and address customer needs.
