Job Description

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any technical stream OR other stream with MBA.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing, sales, or client success experience.
  • Should be ready for field sales
  • Strong command over spoken and written English no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role and engaging directly with customers.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be ready for local travel in and around Bangalore.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High customer empathy and a solution-oriented mindset."
