Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage our domestic and international accounting functions. The ideal candidate will support our Sales and Finance departments, ensure financial accuracy, maintain compliance, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Sales team for finance-related coordination Manage day-to-day accounting activities (Indian & Foreign) Preparation and issuance of sales invoices and follow-ups for payments Handle domestic and international banking operations Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including major client accounts Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures Prepare financial reports (Sales, Collections, Aging reports) and cash flow statements Finalization of accounts and consolidated financial statements Administer payroll processing including PF, ESIC, PT Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Professional Tax regulations Support statutory and internal audits with proper documentation and responses Maintain general ledger for clients and vendors Oversee procurement administration including vendor communication and negotiation Assist in filing ITRs for Director and other individuals Address queries from employees, clients, and vendors related to accounts Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance Proficient in Tally/ERP and MS Office tools Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance Experience in handling both domestic and international financial operations Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential data responsibly Perks & Benefits 5 Days Working Friendly and collaborative work environment Career growth opportunities Paid leaves and holidays as per company policy Exposure to international accounting practices Show more Show less
