Responsible to update the inspected machined castings final dimension report in spyro software, Create folder and maintain one copy as per shipment wise. Responsible to communicate the machined castings final dimension report to final quality Engineer Responsible to Machined castings move from machine shop with visual defects marking conditions. To Prepare Non conformance reports for deviation in process activities with defects photos and update in the spyro systems. Responsible to follow the NCR up to effectiveness implementation in the machine shop. To prepare cumulative Machined inspection reports & NCR records once in a week and forward to Quality Head for review with Production Department and forward to top management. Responsible to Machined castings inspection records maintain and act as auditee while system and process audit wise. Responsible to provide improvements points & Point implementation on monthly. Authority control to stop the machining activities if deviation noticed in machined castings. Coordinate with Quality head while Daily quality review meeting in shop floor. To prepare rejection reports based on the decision in Daily Quality review meeting. Coordinate with Final casting inspectors (Subcontract) and collecting casting deviation due to machining or castings. Responsible to maintain gauges with good condition, instruments calibration.
