Job Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing the post-sale customer relationship, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and driving the adoption and success of our product, EasySource. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they are fully equipped to leverage our technology to meet their business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of talent sourcing tools and a proven track record of onboarding clients to complex systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding:

    Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Product Expertise:

    Develop a deep understanding of our product EasySource and effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
  • Client Training:

    Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure clients are fully equipped to use our products effectively.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Proactively identify and resolve client issues, working closely with technical support and product teams to ensure timely solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track and analyze client usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Feedback Loop:

    Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Renewals and Upselling:

    Drive client renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services.
