About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, build strong client relationships, and lead long-term success across key accounts. You will be a crucial part of ensuring our D2C and SMB clients scale profitably using our AI-powered planning and automation platform.


Role Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding, engagement, and retention for D2C and SMB clients.
  • Drive adoption of new product capabilities.
  • Collaborate across product and delivery as the voice of the customer.
  • Track key success metrics and ensure platform utilization.
  • Proactively manage risk and solve issues.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in SaaS customer success or account management.
  • Brand side supply chain experience is a must.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High ownership mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to AI/ML-led products is a plus.
  • Experience with strategic clients is preferred.


Good to Have

  • Familiarity with the D2C and SMB commerce ecosystems.
  • A data-driven approach to tracking and improving client success.
