About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, build strong client relationships, and lead long-term success across key accounts. You will be a crucial part of ensuring our D2C and SMB clients scale profitably using our AI-powered planning and automation platform. Role Responsibilities Own onboarding, engagement, and retention for D2C and SMB clients. Drive adoption of new product capabilities. Collaborate across product and delivery as the voice of the customer. Track key success metrics and ensure platform utilization. Proactively manage risk and solve issues. Required Qualifications 2+ years in SaaS customer success or account management. Brand side supply chain experience is a must. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. High ownership mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to AI/ML-led products is a plus. Experience with strategic clients is preferred. Good to Have Familiarity with the D2C and SMB commerce ecosystems. A data-driven approach to tracking and improving client success.
