Role Description

This role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely customer communication, maintaining accurate data records, and assisting in seamless move execution. will collaborate closely with the KAM team to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and contribute to reporting and analysis activities. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn account management and operations workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily retail leads through the HappyLocate dashboard and ensure timely first response (FRT <30 minutes during working hours).
  • Coordinate with operations and partner teams for quote preparation, pick-up scheduling, and move execution.
  • Maintain and update lead tracker sheets, ensuring accurate and real-time lead status.
  • Assist in cross-pitching leads received from corporate, PET, and referral channels.
  • Follow up with customers for quote approvals, payments, and post-move feedback.
  • Support the KAM team with documentation, data analysis, and weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience by maintaining professional and prompt communication.
  • Proactively escalate delays, challenges, or customer issues to the reporting manager.


Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of industry experience.

  • Excellent communication skills in English

    and

    proficiency in Hindi

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
