Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in B.Tech. (IT/CS). - Background in IT SaaS product companies preferred. - 2-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, or customer success. - Experience in a technical/customer support role, preferably with web applications. - Open to working in rotational shifts, including US and UK shifts.,
