Role Overview: As a Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in acting as the connecting thread between the customers, the operation team and the financial planners. As the single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer, you will be responsible for understanding the customer needs, preparing the different reports in coordination with the financial planning team and to help the customer onboard in coordination with the operation team, Your primary responsibility will be to help clients make informed decisions about their investments & Insurances, ensuring their financial objectives are met. This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, an earnestness to learn and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Conduct in-depth interaction with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Financial Analysis: Analyse the customer’s financial goals, identify the gaps through the 5 buckets of financial planning (Risk Mitigation, Retirement Planning, Life goals planning, Tax planning & Estate Planning) and provide accurate and timely financial advice. Portfolio Management: suggest and manage customised investment portfolios based on clients' financial objectives, risk profiles, and asset allocation strategies and periodically review the portfolio and proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial well-being and add value through strategic advice and guidance. Risk Assessment: Evaluate and communicate potential risks associated with investment strategies, providing clients with a clear understanding of the risks and rewards. Market Research: Stay abreast of financial news, market trends, changes to taxation and regulatory diktats to ensure up-to-date and relevant advice to clients. Client Education: Educate clients on various investment & Insurance products, strategies, and financial planning concepts to empower them in making informed decisions. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality in all dealings with clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or CA Intern Bachelors in any other degree industry certifications (CFA, CFP, NISM, BQP) preferred. Relevant experience in investment planning, portfolio management, or a related field. Excellent Listening & communication and interpersonal skills. As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive to join our ranks. Role Overview: The Executive – Motor Insurance Claims is responsible for managing and processing motor insurance claims efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role involves coordinating with surveyors, garages, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate settlement of claims while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Claims Processing: Review, assess, and process motor insurance claims (OD and TP) in line with company policies. Scrutinize documentation for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with surveyors and assessors for claim verification and damage assessment Customer Service: Communicate with policyholders, garages, and other stakeholders to resolve queries. Provide timely updates to customers regarding claim status. Handle grievances and escalate complex issues when necessary. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all claims are documented and filed as per IRDAI regulations and internal audit requirements. Maintain accurate claim records in the system. Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround time (TAT) targets. Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with underwriters, legal teams, surveyors, and repair workshops. Support investigations for fraud detection or disputed claims. Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing claims MIS reports for management. Analyze claim trends and provide feedback for process improvement. Qualifications: Any bachelor's degree preferred in commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Fresher/ 1-2 Years Experience in motor insurance claims processing Strong knowledge of motor insurance products and claim processes. Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and compliance requirements. Good Communication and interpersonal skills. Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships Proficiency in MS office and claims management software.
