Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management to effectively oversee customer portfolios and address their needs in a timely manner.
• Sound Analytical Skills to understand customer requirements, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
