What you'll do:


  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Assist clients in understanding and effectively using VoxyHealth’s platform.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, basic product walkthroughs, and training sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear, confident, and empathetic communication.
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and engagement.
  • Handle customer queries and escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, and Engineering) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights internally to help improve the product.
  • Support account health, retention, and long-term customer satisfaction.



What we're looking for:


  • 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Support, Operations, or Account Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — this is a must.
  • Ability to explain tools, workflows, or technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
  • Willingness to work in a US shift and engage with US-based clients.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, dashboards, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory — candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
