Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve student success, retention, and academic outcomes.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure student progress and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with academic, operations, and counseling teams to create a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Design and implement innovative programs addressing diverse student needs.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership based on student performance data and feedback.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and motivating learning experience for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in student success, academic operations, or edtech roles.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools.
• A passion for student development and academic excellence.
