We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin Executive & Secretary to manage accounting tasks, administrative operations, and assist in executive support functions. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in accounting and office administration, with strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, expense management, and reconciliations. Maintain financial records, assist with tax filings, and support audits. Process salary transactions, vendor payments, and petty cash management. Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting. Administrative Support: Manage office operations, including procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination. Handle document management, record-keeping, and filing systems. Collaborate with internal teams (development, QA, product) to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation. Conduct client training and workshops as needed.
