Job Description:

  • Make Outbound calls to potential & existing customers.
  • Handle inbound calls & respond to customer inquiries.
  • Foster client engagement & product usage.
  • Customer concerns need to be handled & make sure to follow up on the same to resolve.
  • Fostering healthy client relationships.
  • Upsell & cross-sell.
  • Retention & churn reduction.
  • Conduct demo sessions for clients.

Requirements:

. Minimum 1 - 2 Years of experience in Similar role

· ∙Graduate with excellent and pleasing communication skills both verbal & written.

· ∙Interpersonal skills.

· ∙Ability to manage work assignments responsibly and efficiently.

· ∙Capability to handle sales & service pressure while maintaining professionalism.

· ∙She/He should be a conflict resolver & decision-maker.

· ∙A Growth mindset, open to learning and development

· ∙Good listening skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

· Negotiation Skills

Language Preference: - English and Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
