As an Associate in the Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in actively engaging and interacting with our community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Addressing and resolving queries and questions raised by our community members.
Facilitating an open and vibrant community environment.
Providing exceptional support to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Good to Have:
Proficiency in data handling and report generation using tools like MS Excel.
Basic understanding of programming.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer handling and support.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, problem-solving, and email drafting.
