Whether you're a fresher or an experienced professional, if youhave excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you!Position: Sales / Insurance Advisory / Customer SupportRoles and responsibilities:● working effectively in a fast-paced environment● Using assigned software and tools to manage customer interactions and data● Adhering to company policies and procedures● Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times● Providing information about insurance products● Processing insurance applications or claims● Answering customer questions about insurance policies● Handling inbound and outbound calls (depending on LOB)● Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to sales, insurance, orgeneral product/service information● Providing accurate and timely information to customers● Troubleshooting problems and guiding customers through solutions ● Maintaining records of customer interactions● Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departmentWhat We Offer: Salary:Location: Pune, MaharashtraQualifications: Graduate in any fieldInterview schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PMJob DescriptionFresher 25,000 CTC & Experience up to ₹40,000 CTC (based on last on last drawn) Incentives.
