As a Business Development Executive at our IT staffing and recruiting firm, your role involves generating new business leads, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth by connecting top IT talent with our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and contact potential clients through various channels like phone, email, and social media for prospecting and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and offer tailored solutions. - Source and present high-quality IT talent to clients, ensuring client satisfaction. - Manage and update the sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and achieve sales targets. - Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure smooth delivery of IT talent to clients. Qualifications Required: - 2-7 years of experience in B2B inside sales, especially in IT staffing and recruiting. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate the value of our IT staffing services. - Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets with a results-oriented approach. - Familiarity with the IT industry, including current trends and technologies. - Graduation in a relevant field.
