Ensure all data is recorded in real-time.  Quality & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all SOPs, cGMP, GLP, and safety guidelines. Actively participate in internal quality audits and ensure the area is always audit-ready.  Machine Operation & Efficiency: Operate and monitor critical equipment like Compression Machine (e.g., Fette, Korsch), Coating Machine (e.g., Ganson), Capsule Filling Machine (e.g., Bosch, MG2), Vial Filling and Sealing machine, etc. Achieve the desired output and efficiency levels.  Line Clearance: Perform line clearance before initiating a new batch or product changeover to prevent cross-contamination and mix-up.  Team Coordination: Work effectively under the guidance of the Executive or Manager and coordinate with cross-functional teams like Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.  Safety: Follow all personal and process safety procedures.
