Job Title: Lead generation and Client Outreach Associate

Role Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Outreach Associates to join our Client Engagement team. This role focuses on initiating contact with potential clients, building relationships, and supporting lead generation efforts through structured outreach and communication strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our organizational reach and driving interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Database Building

  • Conduct online research to identify potential clients, partner organizations, schools, or institutions aligned with Antarmanh’s mental health offerings.
  • Build, maintain, and regularly update databases of leads, prospects, and contact lists.
  • Track industry trends, competitors, and market needs in the wellness and mental health domain.
  • Assist in segmenting leads by region, sector, or service requirement for targeted outreach.

Pre-Sales Outreach & Client Engagement

  • Initiate introductory calls and emails to potential clients to generate interest in Antarmanh’s services.
  • Share preliminary information, brochures, or proposals to explain relevant offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and demo scheduling with qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, call summaries, and client preferences (manual documentation or spreadsheets).
  • Support proposal development and pitch decks by gathering insights from lead conversations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Daily/weekly outreach volume (calls, emails).
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Conversion rate from contact to engagement.
  • Accuracy and maintenance of lead database.
  • Timely reporting and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confidence and clarity in engaging with external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and email writing
  • Goal-oriented mindset with consistency in performance.
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fresher’s with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Prior internship or experience in outreach/sales is a plus.
