Role Overview: As a Customer Success professional at our company, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end implementation of a leading SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation product for the FMCG industry. Your role will involve understanding software architecture, configuring the product to match customer requirements, working with Master data, troubleshooting data problems, and interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met. You will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, providing technical assistance within SLA, helping customers generate reports, documenting client requirements, conducting quality checks, ensuring user adoption post-go-live, and providing regular updates to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Handling end-to-end implementation of a SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation product - Understanding software architecture and configuring the product according to customer requirements - Working with Master data, assisting with service requests, and troubleshooting data problems - Interacting with clients to communicate their requirements to internal teams - Coordinating with stakeholders and providing technical assistance within SLA - Assisting customers in generating reports and offering expertise on product usage - Documenting client requirements and obtaining sign-off - Performing quality checks on deliverables, conducting UAT with clients, and obtaining sign-off - Ensuring user adoption post-go-live and providing regular updates to clients Qualifications Required: - 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please feel free to connect on 9667044640.
