Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Intern / Sales Executive to support our business development pipeline. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and supporting end-to-end sales coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads within target industries
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client communication materials
• Coordinate and schedule discovery calls or product demos with the internal team
• Maintain CRM records and track lead progress systematically
• Participate in internal sales strategy discussions and contribute insights
• Support relationship management with existing and potential clients
• Represent PhlexiBIT professionally across communication channels and events

• Strong communication and presentation abilities (written & verbal)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client pain points
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and responsibility in follow-ups
• Organizational skills and ability to document and manage lead data accurately
• Familiarity or willingness to learn CRM tools and sales workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or exposure to sales, marketing, or client-facing roles (not mandatory)
• Curiosity and willingness to learn fast in a dynamic environment
