The role is for a prestigious client in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills is a must.
Minimum 9 months of experience in handling customer calls and providing support is required. Candidates from a hospitality background are preferred.
The role involves a 24x7 rotational shift and follows a hybrid model—2 days in office, 3 days remote. Weekly offs are not fixed and can be on any two days in a week.
For work-from-home days, candidates must have strong internet connectivity and should have no background noise, as previous issues led to escalations. The company will cover some monthly internet costs.
The shift is primarily daytime and there would be at least five-night shifts per month. For Cab facility, the team will check and let us know soon.
Candidates should be based in Vikhroli or nearby areas and not so far this office location.
The candidate should have maturity and patience in handling customers.
