About the Role: looking for an immediate joiner

detail-driven and articulate CRM Executive

organized, proactive, and skilled in addressing client escalations calmly while maintaining a positive client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Manage client escalations with empathy, patience, and tact — ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, dispatch updates, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively via email, WhatsApp, and calls with clarity and professionalism.

2.Proforma Invoice & Documentation:

  • Create, update, and manage

    Proforma Invoices

    using

    Tally ERP

    and

    Excel

    .
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client data, purchase orders, and delivery documentation.

3.Data Management & Reporting:

  • Utilize

    advanced Excel and Google Sheets

    for order tracking.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and smooth information flow between sales, operations, and logistics.

4.Documentation & Systems:

  • Create and maintain purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices in Tally ERP.
  • Track material movement, cost, and vendor payments using Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Maintain up-to-date procurement records and reports.

5.Coordination & Time Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely order completion.
  • Complete assigned tasks

    before deadlines

    , maintaining accuracy and accountability.


Skills & Requirements:

  1. 1–2 years in

    Client Servicing, CRM, or Operations Support

    (preferably in a design, manufacturing, or surface material industry).
  2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    (formulas, pivot tables, reports).
  3. Proficient in Tally ERP

    for invoice creation
  4. Skilled in Google Sheets

    for collaboration, tracking, and live reporting.
  5. Excellent English

    – verbal and written.
  6. Professional email and phone etiquette.
  7. Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  8. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  9. Calm and composed under client or operational pressure.
