Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and tact while interacting with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks will also include documenting customer interactions and compiling reports for management.
