Role & responsibilities Convert prospects into tenants for residential projects through marketing leads and referrals. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with potential tenants. Understand tenants preferences, budgets, and requirements to recommend suitable properties for rental. Manage end-to-end rental sales cycles from initial inquiry to booking and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants. Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with hospitality standards. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / or equivalent courses. 0-2 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or sales within hospitality or real estate industries. Exposure to high-value customer interaction or premium service environments preferred.
