Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Proficiency in French is required.
