We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously. Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and walk-in. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to senior management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, and customer service principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with banking software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. A graduate degree is required for this position.
