Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
