What You will Be Doing Responsible for system-related work which would consist of, Sales order entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management. Be In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns) Order Management Sales Order Entry Sales order Maintenance Shipment Release Inventory Management Ensure on time delivery. Process RMA (Customer returns) Shared role with Field Sales / IS - Pre-Order & Order Entry What We Are Looking For While it is preferred that the candidate is a degree holder and with working knowledge of the electronics components industry, the following are the Must-Have requirements to be successful in the role: Expertise Order Management - PO to Invoicing & AR Process, RMA Process & Inventory management. Basic understanding of International Trade practices of Warehouse & Inco. Terms. Must have a tertiary education (Some formal training or experience is required to perform the job effectively) Experience : Must have min of 2 to 5-years experience from EMS/ Electronics components distribution. Skills Committed to learn, be more & do more, Expert in OM of ERP & Excel, Process oriented. Excellent customer service skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, including English & country specific language Express ideas with clarity since role require regular exchange of communication.
