Job Description

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a French-speaking environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with IT Service & Consulting companies is preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
