Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the IT Service & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and feedback.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to enhance customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in French language (written and spoken).
Experience working in an IT Service & Consulting environment is preferred.
