Job Description

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in French language is required.
Experience working with international clients or teams is an asset.
