We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional responses.
Document interactions and follow up on pending cases when required.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.

Requirements

Graduation mandatory (any stream).
Hindi proficiency is mandatory
(spoken); English communication is an added advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
, including weekends if required.
