Customer Relationship Manager

1. Lead Management Record, track, and update all leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, VR Sang app, and field visits. Assign leads to respective sales executives or area managers for follow-up. Monitor the status of each lead — pending, converted, or closed. Ensure proper follow-up communication with potential customers and partners. 2. Customer Communication & Relationship Building Handle inbound and outbound calls to maintain strong customer and partner relations. Inform customers about new products, schemes, offers, and events. Collect feedback from electricians and partners and report key points to management. 3. Channel Partner & Electrician Database Maintain a complete database of verified electricians, retailers, and distributors. Regularly update contact details, location, and performance status. Coordinate with the verification team for onboarding and profile updates in the VR Sang app. 4. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely response to all inquiries. Support marketing by providing data for targeted campaigns and regional promotions. Track performance of digital campaigns and update conversion reports. 5. Reporting & Data Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports (lead status, follow-ups, conversion ratio). Maintain a record of leads by source, region, and salesperson performance. Highlight inactive customers or unresponsive leads for management review. 6. System & Process Management Keep the CRM software/app data updated and error-free. Ensure all leads and customer details are properly tagged and categorized. Train new staff on CRM usage, data entry, and reporting process.
