Customer Relationship Manager

We're looking for an exceptional Customer Relationship Officer to join our team at SM Developers, a leading real estate company specializing in flat sales. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for managing clients 360 degrees post-sales, from agreement signing to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales

- Handle client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role from Real Estate industry only

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
