Lingusitic skill :

Develop and implement customer relationship management and to provide Seamless Customer interactions and build long term relationship.
Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure that CRM systems and Contact center are integrated and optimized to meet business needs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, including those related to risk management and fraud prevention.
Responsible for managing audit events by internal and external agencies and for addressing the queries and completing the audit requirements.
Preparing and reviewing the SOP for all critical activities applicable under the function and ensuring the adherence of the same by stake holders.
Handling regulatory requirements on Customer Grievance Redressal and reporting.
