Job Description

Role Summary Responsible for overseeing customer experience, managing CRM operations, improving post-sales satisfaction, resolving escalations, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, service, and customers. Key Responsibilities • Lead customer service operations and ensure high satisfaction levels. • Monitor inbound/outbound communication, feedback, and complaint resolution. • Ensure timely service reminders, follow-ups, and customer retention initiatives. • Manage delivery experience, documentation, and post-delivery calls. • Analyze CRM data and generate customer experience performance reports. • Train and guide Customer Relationship Executives and Handle Team • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism. • Ensure Royal Enfield standards are followed in customer interaction and communication. Skills Required • Strong communication & leadership skills. • Ability to handle escalations and difficult customers. • Good analytical and reporting skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability. Qualification & Experience • HSC/Graduate preferred. • 2–5 years in customer service, CRM operations, or hospitality. • Experience in automobile industry preferred.
