1. Spare Parts Inventory Management Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts. Perform regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of parts. 2. Ordering & Procurement Generate purchase orders as per stock requirements. Coordinate with OEM (Royal Enfield / brand) and external vendors. Track order status, inwarding, and timely follow-up with suppliers. Verify invoices and ensure accurate billing. 3. Parts Sales & Distribution Manage counter sales for customers and service advisors. Ensure correct parts issuance for job cards. Support workshop team to reduce job delays. Prepare quotations for customers when required. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of purchases, issues, returns, and inventory levels. Prepare stock reports, consumption data, and sales analysis. Submit MIS reports to management/OEM on time. 5. Customer Service & Coordination Assist customers with spare parts enquiries. Ensure high customer satisfaction through availability and pricing transparency. Coordinate with service advisors for job card requirements. 6. Team & Process Management Lead and supervise spare parts staff. Train team members in parts handling and system usage. Implement company and OEM policies in spare parts operations. Ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.

1. Customer Handling Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their requirements. Provide detailed product information, model features, variants, colors, and pricing. Arrange and manage test rides. 2. Sales Process & Follow-ups Convert enquiries into bookings and ensure timely documentation. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and showroom visits. Maintain enquiry-to-conversion ratio as per dealership norms. 3. Product Knowledge Stay updated with all model specifications, new launches, features, and offers. Explain finance, exchange, and insurance options clearly to customers. 4. Documentation & Coordination Ensure accurate booking forms, KYC, finance documentation, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth vehicle handover. Work closely with finance, insurance, and RTO teams. 5. Customer Experience Maintain a positive, professional approach with every customer. Resolve queries and escalate issues as needed. Ensure high customer satisfaction during sales and after-sales coordination. 6. Targets & Reporting Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain enquiry register, test ride records, and daily reporting. Participate in promotional events, camps, and local marketing activities. Skills & Requirements Good communication and convincing skills. Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude. Basic computer and mobile application knowledge. Ability to work under monthly targets and pressure. Passion for two-wheelers (Royal Enfield experience is a plus).
