The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of the Noida real estate market and experience in resale and prime sales. Key Responsibilities:  Actively engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and provide suitable options.  Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfactions and repeat business.  Conduct Property site visits, showcase properties, and effectively communicate features and benefits.  Stay update with market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Noida real estate sectors.  Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.  Collaborate with the market team to generate leads and expand the customer base.  Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-up details. Requirements:  Strong knowledge of Noida real estate market trends and property pricings.  Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
