We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM . The candidate will play a key role in customizing, maintaining, and optimizing our Zoho applications to streamline business processes and support client needs.
Requirements

Manage and maintain Zoho CRM for smooth day-to-day operations.
Customize modules, fields, workflows, and automation according to business requirements. Create and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics for performance tracking. Assist sales and marketing teams with lead management and CRM activities. Ensure data accuracy and perform regular updates in CRM (leads, contacts, opportunities). Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps and third-party tools. Provide support and basic training to internal teams on CRM usage. Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
